Contents page analysis from kamilemarck

I have analysed two famous contents pages from vibe magazine in order to, help me understand what I will need to include when designing my own. I picked the contents pages from the magazine "VIBE" as it is an RnB/Hip-Hop genre based.
when analysing the contents pages, I have been inspired to include a logo or a form of iconography on my contents page. I believe, that this creates an effect and makes the page look more professional and put together as it represents the magazines brand.
